Responsibilities
- Be part of a support team, communicating well with other department.
- Network and system troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Providing IT Support for desktop users for any technical issues
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
- Managing existing hardware and software (Updates, Patches, Configuration Changes, Backup, Etc).
- Monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate hardware replacements and carrier / supplier issues.
- Document network and system infrastructures and ensure standards are being implemented.
- Prepares the analysis of the security, capacity and reliability of the network and System infrastructure.
- Research, plans, designs, implements and improve network and systems.
Requirements
- 21-30 years old.
- Graduate of BS Information Technology or related course.
- Preferable to have knowledge in supporting IT infrastructure, Linux/Unix platform, container/docker, LAN/WAN configuration to include working with routers and switches, advanced hardware & possess strong work ethics.
- Preferably an out of the box thinker and a willingness to learn.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule.
- CCNA/Redhat/Kubernetes certificate is a plus.
